Refund Policy



Returns

All items must be returned within 21 days of receiving the item. If 21 days have gone by since your receiving of the item, unfortunately refunds will not be processed. However we may offer an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If an item is damaged when you receive it, we require an email with an explanation of the damages along with a photo of the item for proof before processing a refund.

If you wish to receive a refund please Contact Us first at support@mynextgenwatch.com. You may then send your item to: 210 N Dartmouth St. Kalamazoo Michigan US 49006 to complete the return process. 

Before shipping the item back for a return we ask all customers to please place all items and accessories back in the original package or box before returning. Thank You!

Refunds (If applicable)

If you are approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card or original method of payment. Be aware that it may take 5-10 days for the refund to show in your account. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. (if applicable)
An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, contains missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, we suggest you continuously check your bank account over the course of the next 5 business days. Another option is to contact your bank or credit union as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, Contact Us.

Sale Products (If applicable)

All products on sale returned within 21 days will be refunded for the charged sale amount.

Exchanges (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are received as defective and do not contain personal damages caused by a user. If your item is subject to damage upon delivery, we may exchange you for the same item. Before an exchange can take place we require proof and explanation of the damages. Please Contact Us if this applies to you. 

Please Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when making a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a carrier that can provide you with insurance and a tracking number.
