Does the watch come with a TF or SIM card?
Unfortunately none of our watches come with a TF or SIM card. These cards must be purchased separately.
What countries do you ship to?
Below is a list of the current countries where shipping is allowed. This list is not permanent and my be updated from time to time. If you would like more information about shipping please visit our Shipping Policy.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 1-2 business days after your requested refund for the item.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I make a return?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to make a return, please Contact Us within 21 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your return request and will notify you if the return is approved. The item for return must be shipped to our Return Center located in the United States at 210 N. Dartmouth St. Kalamazoo, Michigan, 49006.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as received and must include all accessories. Missing accessories or pieces may entitle you to a partial refund. If the item contains damage when you receive it please Contact Us immediately. Making a return without notifying us will not make you eligible for a refund. Please contact us first so the return process can be done correctly.
What If There Are Missing Items Or The Product Is Damaged?
If something is missing from your order or your product is damaged this may have been from external causes such shipping, or customs. Please Contact Us and let us know with a detailed explanation of the damages or issues with your order. Our support team is here at all times to assist you.
When will my order ship for delivery?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 days after they are placed. We do our best to process and ship all orders received between Monday and Friday. Unfortunately, orders will not be processed or shipped during weekends. Instead, we will process and ship your order on the soonest business day. Please be aware that we occasionally experience high order volumes may need additional processing time. Thank you for your patience.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping information cannot be revised after the order has been processed. After process completion your item will be shipped to the given address. If the address you entered during checkout is incorrect please Contact Us.
How do I set my shipping address?
Our website is based in English, all information entered must be in English including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
All products will include taxes in US Dollars. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your item arrives to it's final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Nor are we responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. How secure is my online order?
Our company adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the checkout process. Your order is 100% safe and secure.
Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit or debit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your credit card issuer processes the transaction. We do not charge exchange rates for currency conversions.
Do you sell second hand/pre-owned smart watches?
All of our products are made and supplied to us by manufacturers. All customers will receive from us 100% brand new products with the original box and accessories.
Do you sell fake/replica watches?
All of our watches are 100% genuine smart watches, supplied to us directly from the manufacturer.

How do I track my order?
To track your package you may enter your email and phone number, or your tracking number into our tracking page. Tracking numbers will still be sent out after your purchase via email.
When should I expect to receive my order?
The estimated delivery of your order is between 1-4 weeks depending on the location of the address that is entered during the checkout process. The time it takes for an item to reach it's destination varies from country to country. Once you have completed your order your tracking number will be provided to you via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes international shipping is supported however it is only supported in certain countries. You can view the supported countries on our Shipping Policy page. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and fees. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the package and are not included in your order total. In rare cases there may be a delay in delivery that is beyond our delivery estimates. We have no control over this because it has to do with customs procedures. As the buyer of the product you will also be classified as the importer of record by the local government. For full information and details we advise you to check with the local customs/government office in your country.
Can I amend my order after it is placed?
Products can only be added to your order/cart until you confirm your payment details and complete checkout. Unfortunately we cannot amend orders once they are completed.

We accept all major Debit/Credit Card payments such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like a more secured checkout we also accept payment through PayPal and PayPal Credit. The following currencies are accepted for countries located outside the United States and will be converted into U.S. Dollars at the current exchange rate during the checkout process.
